Is it possible that WF is nowhere near as durable as everyone is assuming???
Yeah, it follows logically that the direct punch the WF tanked was vastly stronger than the collateral energies that obliterated Forger’s Multiverse. We can use collateral damage as a basis for how powerful the direct attack was, but we do not necessarily limit the attack based on the collateral damage (I.e. Molecule Man hitting Beyonder with enough power to destroy billions of universes not destroying any furniture in the room).
Finally read the World Forger punch. Very interesting stuff. Some very vague things too. Like for example the words world, universe, and multiverse seemed to be interchangeable... Or at least these words seemed to describe WF's hypothetical "multiverse".
As for the punch, who did he punch here directly? Im think it was the World Forger(?). Is there a thread where this was discussed? Or any links to it..? It would be much appreciated.
Not much to discuss...Snyder isn’t Morrison. His story has been pretty straight forward, especially that arc
Superman is trapped on a planet with barely any sunlight. He is given an option to stay there, which he will have enough sunlight to survive or try and leave. Superman, being Superman doesn’t give up. Past version have all died tried but this Superman managed to lift off the planet after virtually being powerless. In the process, he destroy the plans
Post lift off, with pure dedication and some help from
Batman, he manages to reach 5/6 stars, which he sun dips to not only return to power but power up. As the text says, he flies so fast, faster than thought, faster than he ever has before, faster than imagination to the point that every dimension, every universe trembles that his speed. He eventually flies fast enough to reach and punch the WF in the face. Knocking him out him momentarily. He punch was strong enough to kill surrounding enemies (surprise surprise good guys didn’t died) and WF’s anvil/hammer/universe
Not much past that
WF made a deal with the Mxy so that he can transport the JLA out of the multiverse. In addition, Mxy started to “UN-imagine” the surrender multiverse. By doing so, it allows the WF to replace what no longer exists with his newly created multiverse. This would allow him to “supposedly” trick the judges
