Even POST Retcon Beyonder would win. He's already destroyed the concept of Death across the entire multiverse in Marvel :
The original (pre retcon) event :
Confirmed as a valid feat (post retcon) :
And here it is confirmed in the LT's handbook entry (it's also in Beyonder's and Death's Handbook entry too) :

You do realize that DC/VERTIGO WRITERS (you know- the people responsible for actually creating Death of the Endless) don't give a f8ck what Marvel writers think? Is this the kind of "debating" you always do? It's really weird and wholly nonsensical. 😕
Beyonder wins.

We know the most upper-echelon/elite beings in the hierarchy(like Lucifer) are immune to Death of the Endless, so it's possible that Beyonder might be also.Could he erase her? Maybe, but I think it would require much more of his power than it did to erase Marvel's Death(yes, I believe Death of the Endless > Marvel Death.)
To be fair, she wasn't trying to kill Lucifer.
We do know he could die, since his oppositie number, Archangel Michael, died. Someone must have ferried him off, I'd think.

Death of the Endless wins. I don't see him being able to harm her at all. She controls death and life as well. In a story, she stopped doing her job once, nothing in the DCU died, she took up her job again, because people was asking her too. She did that with no problem at all, The Beyonder can not do that without extremely exerting himself, and it weakened him to do so.
Lucifer can die, btw he threatened Death, and she warned him to back off, if she really wanted too, Death would have taken Lucifer, and he could not do anything about it, but she wasn't there for him, she was there for Elaine, since she would give her life for his. Death and Destiny/The Word are a constant, they were there at the beginning and will be there at the end.
