Croc was described as "muscle", King Shark as "bigger muscle" and Amygdala as "biggest muscle"... A < B < C.
Not that it matters, as on-panel Croc handed KS' ass to him 😛 And vice versa, but Croc's heart wasn't in it that time.

Bane has dominated Croc on every encounter except the one time that Poison Ivy was manipulating the venom he uses. Even Venom amped Croc with major backup couldn't put Bane down. Bane wouldn't even need venom to beat these clowns.
King Shark has been at Jobber Croc crappy level for quite some time. During Gail secret six, Jeanette easily ripped his arm off.
And in the short lived rematch she broke his jaw just as easily without even going full banshee mode.
