It wasn't questionable in the instance you're salty about.

Reed and Stark literally said the laws of physics were broken. Nothing questionable about it lol.

Then we saw Robot Mindless Ones, cities turning into most, guns shooting butterflies....

Of course, we have all this in the JL scans, right?

Case in point JackRyan6x55.

The book is very specific about what is going on between Galactus and Gladiator. Things are happening peripherally as a result of his power output, yet you express that they are happening directly to Galactus himself, despite nothing in the book saying that. You cannot get around the double standard.

I have seen this argument before and my gripe with this is that i don't think the writer would use terms like "speed of light" (i think this was a central point of the argument last time i read it) as a reference when discussing gladiator's speed.

I like to believe the writer "forgot" about the broken laws of physics part when he wanted to write a "badass fight" or speed of light shouldn't have even been brought up. And if it was it should have come with some disclaimer like "speed of light...if such a term even holds any meaning anymore" or something like that.

my 2 cents.

Please, stop derailing the thread.

Sorry, my comment was directed to Hulkster since he was the one to bring up that instance that left an impression, apparently. It also puts his post in this thread under a suspicious light, imo.

I can respect that.

And it was very specific that the laws of physics were broken across the universe, not just in random pockets And didn't just have character statements (from the two biggest boffins in Marvel) but ALSO showed specifically that the laws were breaking down.

In YOUR case, you're trying to extrapolate from.....your bias, and your interpretations of semi related statements.

In MY case, I'm trying to extrapolate from.....direct character statements and actual showings that physics was broken. Your defence? Oh, it was happening everywhere, EXCEPT the DIRECT EPICENTER of the events, next to the actual cause of the events, lol.

AND then.....all the events were retconned to have never happened.

Truly apples and oranges.

Lol hulkster, everything with Saint is an agenda. The law of physics were confirmed to be different in the scan blatantly stated but you ignore it because it’s DC. 20 bucks if Gladiator had destroyed a planet while weakened you’d come up with an million theories to downplay it 😂

Easy, guys.

Don't attack each other, just debate peacefully.

Reported. There is no agenda.

Hulkster, again, I am extrapolating from specific characters (the top minds in Marvel science), and actual showings. Your defence is that somehow, at the epicenter, around the actual cause of the breaking, this is not the case.

At the same time, you're extrapolating from....semi related sentences, and no actual proof.

I hack it each time I get intoxicated.

Can't last a day, unless I'm not working.

I am hoping this forum does not automatically invalidate feats just because there is a "difference" between an exotic location where a certain character performed a certain feat & a "normal" location where that character usually performs his feats

Thor Midgard Serpent
WBH planet bust

Of the top of my head. Though the former i think was a misinterpretstion. It was actually about flow of time if u read it properly.

Btw, never noticed u round here before.

Who is Jack, celey?

ODG aka Mr Master.

😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂
