Damian Wayne vs Winter Soldier

Both have all of their standard equipment.

I would say Damian wins 7/10 times. Winter Soldier is stronger but Damian is a lot faster, smarter and more skilled.

Skilled enough to absolutely wreck Damian with minimal effort

He's just like Captain America. Not very skilled or very smart, tries to overpower characters but has trouble with smarter and more skilled characters.
