That assumes I was talking about Carnage, lmao.
I think I owe you an apology 😂 happens when you check some threads before going to bed at 4 o'clock in the morning. I saw your post and was reminded of Abhi's Hulk/Carnage post. parm_k-monster

You're still a terrible human being though. ❌

I actually had context in mind there. Since I thought he talked about Carnage, I wanted to express that a character isn't neccessarily low when he looses to someone of a really high level (or has the ability to reach said level)
Since DS was talking about a rocket launcher and several grenades it made no sense though. 😂

Another example would be Morlun didn't make Spider-Man look so good. Doesn't mean SM is weak, it's just good ol Morlun is OP af.

Oh yeah, I agree with you that Carnage Grendel is no low showing, especially in his own book. It's the rest of the book, where a soldier holding a blade to his mother in law's neck is enough to make him back down, for example (again, am thinking of Hulk's highs here). Grenades, buses, rocket launchers....he didn't look too good in there.

Edit: you are a gentleman.

Still a red headed one though

Notice how you didn't deny being their redheaded step child

Because he is still less than the sum of his parts. If I went for a BZ, and amalgamated Domino's luck, Wolverines HF, the rest of Weapon X PLUS Hulk's strength and ramping, I'd be pretty unstoppable.

Jane Thor struggled with space stations falling from orbit, and asteroids. Hyperion with rogue planets. THAT'S the level at which I expect Weapon H, who has Hulk's strength, to operate at.

Not struggling with buses. But if you think bus level is NOT not looking good (iow, that's ok/good), sure, ok.

Yeah but the criteria you are pointing out are such nothingburgers.

I mean come on, bus level? 😬
He literally just hulked out and had to suddenly catch a bus. Plus it was clear he wasn't going to just use max force as evidenced by him looking for innocents within the bus.
Then you bring up the rocket? He was literally taken by surprise and totally fine.

Then u bring up incendiary grenades. Apart from just falling from high up a page before, he was angry that the soldiers treated him as collateral damage even though he's there risking his hide for them. And then again, he was totally fine and pretty much none the worse for wear.

It's weird u focused on these nothingburgers instead of the part where he looked very solid against a pretty credible threat in Carnage based on his recent runs. A character at this point was being called a "demigod" an "avatar" of some powerful space god(Knull). Instead u highlight these inconsequential instances when there was nothing really to highlight. It's like ure reaching just to reach.

Nothing burgers?

1. Oh, I didn't know that there was a time period after Hulking out where he's still 'finding his feet' 😂. I thought when he's Hulked out, he's....you know, at Hulk levels (at least.... ignoring any stacking).

2. Taken by surprise? I....POINTED IT OUT, lol. But I also didn't know that Raaaargh! Is an exclamation of surprise.

3. Ooooh he's fallen from a great height!! Shall we look at what Hulk, Wolverine, Sabretooth et al have done? After all, he's got ALL of their healing factors lol. Or is his Rraaaagh another exclamation of surprise?

What he's faced there in the three incidences (bus, RPG and grenades) isn't....anything that Wolverine or Sabes would really have issues with, let along Hulk (am sure Carver can think of good examples). You think that's an ok showing for Hulk combined with Wolverine with Lady Deathstrike with Sabretooth with Thunderbird with Domino? Ok.

1. Eh? No need to go any further. He literally just hulked and was most likely handling the bus with kid gloves in case there are innocents. Happens in comics all the time
2. U did point it out. Yet u felt the need to show it. *shrug*
3. Err... The incendiary bombs were inconsequential.

Again, i think u spent too much time on much a do about nuthin. Ure searching for things in thos scenes that werent there. The key takeaway was he actually looked fine against Grendel Carnage. Pretty gud showing considering his current run and his implied power.

Lol... guess I get to delete my post after reading this. Good post.

1. Yes, it does. But with different levels. Jane had the same showing.....but it was with an entire space station. Hyperion too. With an entire planet. I'm not sure you grasp the magnitude of difference here.....

2. So you are of the opinion Raaaargh is an exclamation of surprise? Damn, I'd hate to throw a surprise birthday party for you lol.

3. They hurt him. Hulk would shrug it off. He's meant to be Hulk level. PLUS.

Its not about grasping. He literally just Hulked out and caught the speeding bus, while handling it with some caution. That does not make him bus level and or struggling with a speeding bus.

Possibly. In the end it was inconsequential. He showed no visible damage and there was no emphasis on him being hurt. It did nothing to him in the grand scheme of things.

Lol.. Did u see the size of that explosion? And still it was inconsequential. He also expressed anger for them even attempting that. If anything he was only getting stronger as his anger was ramping up. In fact, the only real time he showed visible damage or actual significant hurt was when he was gling toe to toe with Grendel Carnage. Still he was wading through that like nothing.

Ure digging for nothing abd trying too hard. The comic showed him on just about equal footing with pretty powerful character.

The forum is full of DC wankers and Marvel haters nowadays.

I hoped it'd be limited to just Thor (who has had it coming for years, he deserved every bit of it), but no, these f*ckers actually think their kryptonians with stories so boring they can put men into a coma (seriously) can actually come on the top.

They can't. They're boring, more boring than tax law, and should be anally raped by gargantuan dicks.

World Forger was a nobody, worse than Terrax.

After December, we're all gonna have to listen to bullshit how Superman just butt****ed Manhattan and how Manhattan loved every second of it.

Supergirl one shots him by mistake

This, gentlemen, is what I think when I picture a "properly written" Superman:

What does the explosion size have to do with anything? Do we need a reminder of what Hulk, let alone Sabretooth and Wolverine and Deathstrike have been through? THEIR explosions?

Again, not sure what having 'just' Hulked out has to do with anything? Is there a window where a Hulk is vulnerable?

No emphasis on being hurt? He was roaring in pain....or is RAAAARGH an expression of pleasure?
