With the shields, Cap should win handily. His original shield was strong enough to take a hit from Mjolnir so if his gauntlets are anything like that then he shouldn't have much trouble with Danny's Ironfist.
Outside the Ironfist, Cap is stronger, faster, more experienced and arguably just as skilled as Danny.
Remove the gauntlet and Danny has a shot at winning if he lands a lucky shot.
