This incarnation of Hulk is directly mentioned to be VASTLY more stronger than the previous Hulk incarnations, which includes an incarnation of Hulk like Indestructible who has 3 planetary, 1 star, 1 moon level feat. Immortal Hulk has shrugged off Jane and Herc just by flexing his muscles even though in the same comic they held the weight of planet Earth in place. Difference between HULK and the Avengers: the Avengers face and are defeated by Pod including Thor and Hyperion, Hulk takes a shot from Pod without having any effect and breaks it apart in a snap. Also worth mentioning that in Infinity Wars #5 Immortal Hulk was confirmed as being more powerful than Kang and Loki, he also beat the shit out of Gamora whilst she had 4 infinity stones and he had the space stone (even then it was only mentioned that he gained the ability to fly). in the defenders...he talks about how he would survive planetary annihilation/explosion by the train.... nebulon was able to move the train which he was going to use to consume the solar system, hulk was able to smack nebulon for a while....
Strange and Hulk both confirmed that Hulk would survive the ‘The Trains’ destruction which would kill dozens of living worlds and more beyond that. Which in of itself would require the explosion to expand past just our solar system. Hercules has one-shot Abomination, ripped apart Terminus armor, fought Thor for hours on end, one-shot Ragnarok, toppled WWH over, etc... Jane has hurt Mangog, Phoenix and Odin although the last is either an outlier or most likely a depowered Odin for her more grounded feats she has either hurt or beaten Gladiator, Agger, Annhilius, War Thor, Apocolypse, etc... One-shot Thor fracturing his skull, one-shot GR, one-shot She Hulk, one-shot Hulkbuster almost killing Tony, one-shot and overloaded BP vibranium suit which he notes is almost an impossibility.Hulk stomped Captain Glory, Mentacle, Enigma, Canonball, Quicksilver, Living Lightning, Iron Rulk(Maverick), Vision, WM(WM didn't fight back but Hulk was still making him bleed and bending him like a pretzel), Voyager, Rogue and most importantly Thor and Hercules at the same time.

And he didn't just shrug off Jane and Hercules, the script says he was struggling with their strength.
This was after he had absorbed the power of Red Hulk mind you. Otherwise, Ewing himself wrote that Hercules might've stopped him.

Proper, you forgot to mention he one shot koed the One Below All, recently took on 4 Hulk level beings by himself and one shot dropped all of them with ease. The mere presence of Hulk showing up made the Monitor run. He damaged The Grandmaster and probably wouldve beat him, a being who killed the Collector in a single hit and was stomping the Avengers. Lol... Hulk is approaching skyfather level power and is probably above it since it has been outright said nothing on Earth could stop him if he went rogue.

Hulk is stronger (not by much) and has a HF.
Thanos is more durable(not by much and much more skilled.
Could go either way depending on how much stronger Hulk gets in the fight.
For example, if Hulk gains no extra strength or a little extra strength then Thanos wins. But if Hulk's strength (durability and HF also increases) significantly then Hulk wins.
