Also, being amped is not a feat. We use feats to determine how much someone is amped. If someone is amped by LT but struggles lifting a mountain then what does that mean? We go by feats.

Prime survives a universal explosion. Are you saying that starbrand can output more power than that? Can starbrand output enough power just to destroy a star, solar system, or even a galaxy? If you can prove galaxy then that's still not enough. The universe contains trillions of galaxies, if not more.
