SC Antimonitor has better feats and faced stronger opposition. To make matters worse Korvac has a confirmed weakness to anti-matter (at best we can argue he developped that weakness on a weaker incarnation)

It only mentions she got killed. It likely suggest that it was over a period of time

Anyways, I was wrong, she did die, wasn’t merry corrupted over time

She was acting on Nekron's behalf for a long time (soon after she got burnt). So not that long.

What do you mean by gradual?

Like, over a few minutes as AM's touch killed her? Maybe, sure.

Over like, days? I doubt it, considering that 36 hours later she was floating with the other Guardians like nothing happened.
