Hulk jumped from the Dark Dimension to Earth, took the nukes, grew 80 feet tall, stomped Fin Fang Foom, fought against Red She Hulk, crazed A-Bomb and crazed She Hulk in a free for all to ultimately wish to cancel his first wish and made everybody able to control their hulking out. No planets were busted, ergo, Hulk growing 80 feet tall has nothing to do with him busting planets. Dr. Strange explicitly stating Hulk every time he loses control he threatens to destroy the world...
Hulk didn't jump from Dark dimension to Earth and he had no idea he was on Earth until Amadeus told him so.
The reason why their fight destroyed the planet in dark dimension and only threatened to break Earth (as Amadeus said) is because matter is less dense and easier to destroy in dark dimension.
From Dr Strange Sorcerer Supreme 50. It got nothing to do with Hulk holding back on Earth.

the crazy thing about the Dark Dimension is that it's Energy level is sooo high that it actually REDUCES physical force used in combat. I suggest you read from the Realms of Magic sourcebook. Notice where it says that Physical force is reduced in intensity in the Dark Dimension. I can give you three other instances where the matter in that dimension was stated to be superior to earths.
Wasnt it said on panel that Hulk destroyed a Universe? I remember ABHI tried to downplay this ft by posting an image of the ENTRANCE to this Universe. A doorway doesnt mean that the dimension is small. That's like me saying the 6th dimension is small due to a doorway leading to that dimension. Hulk outright annihilated an entire Universe during a fist cuff.

It also said VAST expanse. The doorway or the landmass isnt an indication of size. Remember, this dimension was complete darkness, so I'm sure no one would expect planets with life being there.
Forgot to post this but another reason I believe it doesnt take even the bests of Hulks to achieve this. The energy from Hulk was able to power a machine that was built to take on the entire race of Celestials. Also referenced in these scans that Hulk UNLIMITED power made this possible...
