force only Canon Sidious might win. Overall DE Sidious should edge it out simply because he body is in better shape, especially if it comes down to sabers

RoS Sidious with but a gesture. As stupid as it sounds, one Sith lord cannot logically defeat all of the sith lords combined.

DE Palpatine - he has the same Lightning as ROS - but he also has a younger clone body and teleportation.

DE Palpatine wins, but ROS puts up a good fight.

Even KotoR portrays the Force Storm ability as Lightning:

Regardless I really don’t think it’s out of realm to do what RoS Pals did given everything we know. Him being “All the Sith” doesn’t mean much when we have no clue of what the vast majority are even capable of.

Plus are we even sure it was not just him talking compared to Rey?

DE Palpatine has access to almost every Force power that ever existed, remember.

So yeah - he can unleash the Storm over ROS Palpatine's head - or fire it directly into him from his fingertips.

He can have every force power. But you still havent proved the Lightning he can instantly conjure from his hands is even close to ROS Sheevs Lightning.

Yeah but what can these Sith do? Plus as I recall did Legends Palps already do something similar with creating a storm across all of Corusant during the CW with previous dead Sith watching him?

Plus really all this really is, is bigger application of Force Lightning. I’m not seeing why DE can’t replicate it given how powerful he is. If anything if needed he should be able to call upon the dead Sith as well if he needs some kind of amp, this wouldn’t be something he would be incapable of given lesser Dark Force Users in Legends can do so.
