So he could come up with the raw materials and assemble it without a problem?

He's done things on bigger scales than that. He's a reality warper. A spaceship and space station seem miniscule when talking about his abilities.

I'm assuming he is simply far to powerful to even need such a thing.

That would be like me spending an entire week building a device to kill a single ant.

As for your thread, just based off of the scans I have seen and from general knowledge of him I would think so.

But I don't know if he can create the raw materials needed to make one.

Another assumption, if he can create the raw materials out of thin air, then he should probably be able to just create the entire thing out of thin air, he would have no need to "build" it.
