Looking for a specific book

I don't know if it's a Wolverine book or XMen... I do believe it's an older story. Wolverine has a secret mission, apart from the XMen. All I can remember is he plants a bomb and blows up an entire barracks of sleeping bad guys. There's a panel of him walking away from the barracks grinning, right before it explodes. There might be something before that of possibly Storm asking him where he's off to and he says he has a private thing he has to go do. If anyone has any ideas of what book this is I sure do appreciate it! I know it's not much to go on! Thanks
