cartel territories take up the whole of mexico, as your map clearly illustrates. you seem to not understand the concept, so think of it in terms of the old u.s. mafia families: how many funny looks would you have recieved if you went around 1950 nyc or chicago and asked "where can i go in the city where there is no mafia?". eventually some helpful gentleman might say "look pal, if you want to avoid mafia territory, go take a drive to north dakota"

but again, i suppose your google-searched map could be useful, with the combined help of one additional search: "which cartels are the friendliest to tourists?"

Or just look up the current maps and thousands of articles on safest cities and tourist spots. But what do I know, I only do that every time I visit along with hundreds of thousands of other "I don't want to die" tourists. 🙂

Speaking of cartels and drugs. I've started growing marijuana in my backyard. Well, I've got three seeds per-sprouting right now since Sunday. Have another 20ish seeds in dry storage.

When they sprout, I'll move them into small high quality dirt containers and let them grow there until they're about 6-8 inches, then move them to a 5gallon pot.

I don't use it myself, intend to give the buds to the few friends who do smoke it. It's legal here in lovely California.

are they fem seeds? if not you gotta keep your eye on them when they begin to show their sex, and kill all the males.
partly to assure that the females don't become polinated, but also to trigger mens rights activists

I have no idea, just got into this three days ago. Will be reading more and more about it.

If it helps, the person who gave me the seeds is a daily smoker and the seeds came from his own bushes, he's been growing since it became legal here, he grows enough to support his daily habits.

then they are probably mixed sex. it's easy enough to research and see pics of what to look for. a magnifying glass helps when trying to spot their sex parts, as with trying to find fly's penis
