It sounds like this is saying she was ordered to censor some data and to also alter some data. She censored the data, but drew the line at altering data and was thus removed from her position. [/B]
She is saying that she was ordered to alter data to show that infections were down, deaths were down, and that it was safe to reopen. She refused to do that, so she was fired.
