What I'm doing is saying: there can be no allowing protests and then clamping down on small businesses. There can be no allowing celebrations and then clamping down on churches and synagogues. Anyone who wants lockdown to be taken seriously needs to own the fact weasels in power are sending different messages by what they allow.

If you want to use your dirt example let us make it more on point for what has happened: It's not that Jimmy ate dirt once and shit didn't get said and then there was a policy. It's that Jimmy ate dirt everyday for 100+ days straight and shit wasn't said and then there was a policy that punished others, but not Jimmy himself who is able to still continue to eat dirt each day.
