Biden Claims Wearing Masks Is "Patriotic Act"; US COVID Cases Top 15MM

He should watch what he says since by this logic social distancing is patriotic too.

Link plz

Go to your local ICU, and visit the COVID patients without a mask, and find out first-hand.

In other words: "I can't back up what I say"

No, it is "Ask a stupid question, and get a stupid answer."

So you admit your answer was stupid. Noted.

It's your statement, you enlighten us. I asked for a link.

So why is California taking such a big chance and deeming movies essential?

Nobody?

Movie theaters are all closed here in my area, dumbass.

As an avid movie goer, this upsets me, last film I watched on the big screen was The Gentlemen (Jan 2020). But I get it.

Is it possible you didn't know I meant filming movies, even though I had originally brought up a story about a covid site being shuttered for filming one until backlash?

Could it be? 🙂

If you didn't, know that I did mean that.

Thoughts? My advice is not to respond with snark and avoid answering. It will just show us you can't give a valid answer. So try to give me something.

So you made a fool of yourself again and are trying to recover, what a dumbass.

I admit it was foolish to think you wouldn't take any chance to argue in bad faith.

But okay fine: why is filming movies considered essential?

Hmmm.

I do know that a contained movie set is easier to protect and contain from covid-19, than say a restaurant with a revolving door of strangers going in and out all day. Maybe that has something to do with it and why comparing a contained movie set with security and such to a restaurant is making a faulty comparison, Do you think this is possible, dumbass?

So you did not explain why they are *essential*.

Just gave me the standard "they have loads of money to spend and thus don't need to sweat the stuff the little guys do".

Why is it *essential* ?

And can you show me the cali covid guidelines that give such places a pass? "Outdoor dining is okay if you're in a hollywood bubble"

Show me

Rules for thee, not for me.

Mantra of the Left.

I suspect the state is trying to keep as much open as possible to keep the economy going, while maintaining safety. So an industry that generates tons of income where containment is possible gets to operate.

Restaurants are open here still, outdoor of course with distance seating.

Why do you think then?

I think it's hypocrisy, as there is no evidence the hollywood food tent outside would be safer. You have no way of knowing who the employees on the film set are around on their off time. Do they all stay in quarters monitored 24/7 by the studio?

We know this isn't about safety or covid when they were willing to shut down a covid testing site for hollywood until they got backlash.

Why not tell Hollywood: you can film there, but only from 12am-3am and if it's a scene that takes place during the day just digitally edit it from night to day.

Why couldn't Hollywood take that expense, but small business owners can be shit all over?

You're making a lot of assumptions in this post.
