Death Star's "Top Brass"?

I just came across this blurb from a guide book which shows the Death Star's high command, and surprisingly it shows Krennic ABOVE Tarkin in the chain.

Thoughts? 😕

Just because it doesn't have Tarkin first doesn't mean he isn't top, it even says that he's the DS Commander.

There's also the fact that Tarkin whimsically took control of the Death Star FROM Krennic, no questions asked.

On that note, this excerpt is telling of the difference that existed between Tarkin and Krennic in the chain of command:

"In that moment over Jedha, the Death Star had moved from concept to proof, and Tarkin had stepped from distant backer to chief architect.

Krennic had tried to steal that moment. What was it he had said? That they stood there amid 'his' achievement? Nonsense. Such claims were as absurd as a bricklayer taking pride in a parapet built at the behest of a king. It is the king's castle. Glory ascends ever skyward. And now Tarkin stood atop the sky."

Don't know how many times it needs to be said, but the ONLY person in the Empire who outranked Tarkin at the time of ANH, was Palpatine himself.

Palpatine notwithstanding, Tarkin > ALL.

Yeah it seemed odd to me but I wanted to get some opinions. 👆
