Where is Final Heaven located on Morrison's Map?

And how does Final Heaven's technology fair against high end geniuses like Luthor or Brainiac?

if we take milk wars into canon, the final heaven should be beyond overvoid

I would assume in the Overvoid, as Final Heaven seems to be a sort of buffer between the real world and the fictional world... It's about as meta as it gets.
