Escanor "The One" vs Great Fairy King King
The power levels were kind of all over the place against Zeldoris and Original Demon.
I mean, Escanor was able to pin down Zeldoris channeling Demon Kings power, seemed on the verge of winning, yet couldn't do anything against Original Demon, who's powers are said to be second to Demon King?

The power levels stopped making any semblance of sense. I mean, if Escanor trading punch's with Zel-Demon King made him strongest, what does that make Ban after trading punch's with Mel-Demon King?
Was DK weaker in Mel because he fought back from the start?
But the story never said that.
And why did a weaker Meliodas beat the crap out of Escanor just before high noon, but DK was getting slapped around by just about everyone?
The demon horse sure wasn't slapped around by him, or anyone else. Is Zel DK weaker then he was?
