From my understanding Vindman (And his twin brother) is a decorated military man who was subpoenaed and gave a testimony to the best of his abilities.
He seems to be an individual you would want to retain in your military structure. Most people in military are right of center and dedicate their lives to their country. Not sure why his dismissal is funny. It鈥檚 sad to me.
Everything is way too politicized. It鈥檚 so ridiculous. It鈥檚 either Trump or anti-Trump.
Also, in any organization, if there was this much turnover, the CEO would be forced to resign. Just poor corporate governance overall. With the amount of vacancies in your top positions and the turnover rate being so high, the fact that the US government is still functioning is a testament to the resilient country that has been created.
After only two years of working with senior management, you quickly get to spot the ones who are a liability or will give you a great deal of pushback in the transaction. Eerily similar traits across the board. Root cause seems to be ego. I鈥檇 hate to work for Trump.

That is apples and oranges - Trump isn't trying to run a business here - he has taken the seat of power of the highest Office in the land - and in that organization you have people who are loyalists to their party's own interest and are against Trump and his views as President.
Basically, Trump took over the whitehouse - saw that it was infested with hardcore-Democrat servants and had to de-louse the place.
I'm sure as an employer Trump is a decent man and I haven't heard anything bad about him.
As a person who won the Presidency and has had to manage the country with his hands tied due to the Democrats, he has faced the challenge of needing to remove everyone in his immediate organization that is an obstacle to his goals for the country as President - and that means removing all the leeches and weasels.
He can't get his work done with people constantly disrupting him.

Actually he's not someone we should want and the reasons actually have zero to do with his testimony. A top official stated, under oath, that Vindman's own bosses were concerned with his judgement, that they feared he was leaking info to the press, and that he didn't keep his bosses in the loop on his actions and even went around their backs.
Still sound like someone we should want to retain?

Yeah, pretty sure Robtard and I talked about this 2 years ago in the GDF.
He's a poor people manager. He views humans as disposable.

Everyone is disposable depending on how you look at things. Employers fire employees all the times because they are dispensable. The Army forces soldiers out because they are dispensable. This is not a new thing that happened under the Trump era, it鈥檚 been here since the beginning of time, and it won鈥檛 end till all life has ended on Earth.
