The original League of Extraordinary Gentlemen comic book ended its second arc with Mr. Hyde (a Hulk-like character) going against the Martian tripods only to be vaporized after he toppled one and ate the alien inside. Then the secret government launch a hybrid disease bomb of anthrax & streptococcus, made by Dr. Alphonse Moreau, to kill the remaining aliens.

The tripods have so many unknown stats. For instance, we don't know how strong their shields are. I would assume they are capable of withstanding nukes, however, that's just speculation. But if we assume that, Hulk has no chance of penetrating that.
Can the Tripods hurt Hulk? I don't know. Their lassers seem pretty effective at vaporizing through stuff. But they have no feat of valorizing something as nearly as tough as The Hulk.
So, a tie maybe.
