The Meg was weak as phuck. The final one got gutted by a mini-sub fin IIRC. You don't need anyone near Hulk level to murder it. I'm pretty sure if you just had a few geared-up units from any proper army/navy act competently in a film, they could kill it laughably easily. Because the majority of the people in that film acted like morons.
