Tough matchup. This removes TOAA’s weakness, the conditions don’t have to perfect. Thanos has his power but without his weakness.

TOAA is retconned to non-omnipotent in the same arc of the regulator, on panel said so himself

how is he in any shape way or form equal to presence?

thanos who absorbed TOAA is new to his power, he's not omniscient. he could not locate Eros and the troll through different point in time, in fact Eros was in a pocket dimension out of Thanos control, Thanos is not in any shape or form omnipotent if he doesn't have total control over the entire marvel multiverse.

I think the dimensions Thanos wasn’t aware of is PiS. They needed a story to progress. But I was disappointed with TOAA’s portrayal though.

it's not PIS when it's his only showing after absorbing TOAA,

he was then psychic controlled by current thanos

also, it wouldn't matter if regulator thanos want to blow up the multiverse in this battle like he did in the comics

Lucifer can tank it straight up in point blank (like he did in comics), then proceed to rape him
