I'd say WBH is stronger than Prime, Base Hulk is iffy. Probably not

If we reasonably go ahead and say the average mass of the planets Prime pushed were the same as Earth's mass and the speed at which he pushed them was 99% the speed of light. The KE would be 2.63 x 10^41 Joules which is near star busting. Mind you this is using our earth as an average, it's likely he pushed far heavier planets as well.

Coupled with the fact that Silver Age Superman was vouching for Prime's powers

Base Hulk have some insane strength fts though. Wouldnt say he starts at that level, but, he can reach it quickly.
