Emperiex's blast doesn't erase Doomsday as a concept. His skeleton remains as well as knowledge of his existence.

Wasn't Beyonder's killing Death retconned? Regardless, pre-retcon portrayal of Beyonder is leagues beyond Imperiex.

But it’s different when it comes to how the natural cosmic order runs. For instance Mistress Death was forced by the inbetweener to do something she didn’t want to do, but because of the laws of the universe etc and how chaos and order work she had to do it.
