Going solely off feats, Juggernaut hits a lot harder. A single punch while in a containment unit destroyed the truck he was in, and the entire bridge they were driving on.

Abom's biggest punching feat is...hitting Hulk I guess.

I also wanted to give Abom the win, but that punch was pretty insane.
