He scales above all other Lords of Order(inc. Phantom Stranger and RoE Shazam), and did quite well against Spectre.

How would he do against an entity that's resistant or immune to magic, and that can summon death?

Is this Nabu vs. Death, or Nabu vs. In-Betweener?

2nd. Its apart of his powerset but i disgress

Nabu can shred reality and owned Phantom Stranger. He'd destroy IB.

Now you did reference Darkseid summoning Black Racer to the field at will in another thread. What is the criteria for such summoning being accepted as a part of a character's power set?

Someone in another thread gave Imperiex an autowin based solely on him being an embodiment of a universal abstract concept. Does IB get the same consideration?

If a thread is about "character A" vs. "character B", you can't randomly introduce "character C" into the mix. That defeats the entire purpose of the thread.

Nabu will be powerless to stop Inbetweener from doing anything.

He won't be needing death

As is Nabu so is inbetweener powered by the full realm of order but the difference is he is powered by the realm of chaos also

But it's not as if Nabu is powerless against the forces of chaos(see his fight with Mordru.)

and thats in his own realm
which serves to prove he has a dynamic that can and will be exploited because thats what inbetweener is and does.

Magic/ Spells have no affect on in-betweener, He can use it against you.. as he did with Strange

Never said he was
What I said is inbetweener would exploit his duality.
Nabus issue against inbetweener is he isn't a singlar being and reps an abstract force that inbetween was given power over to maintain
