Is this a joke?
Cheetah is pretty much Flash level speed (without the speed force ability to amp).
I mean IIRC in "the great race poster" its only Wally, Barry, reverse Flash, Superman and Black Racer that are faster than her. She's faster than WW, God speed, Shazam and kid flash.
Logan shouldnt be able to tag or dodge her.
Rediculous miss match, without PIS Dianna would never beat her.
