Storm vs. Clayface

Ororo has to take down a merged version of pre-/post-Rebirth Basil Karlo, who has all both versions’ feats including when he beat Wonder Woman or when he absorbed the Mud Pack. He is not on any Venom/Fear gas/etc.

Can Storm figure out she needs to shock him into submission before she’s pummeled?

To me, this is Storm's fight to lose.

She can either use wind, or freeze him, or shock him. Won't be surprised if she could just summon rains hard enough to wash him away.

Or she can just beat him in h2h, like Batman does when he doesn't feel like testing any of his gadgets against the biggest loser in his rogue gallery next to Killer Croc.
