Any reason why?

Bane for sure.

He has a pretty solid track record against Jedi. Vizsla doesn't. Especially without his saber.

Yes.

But Bane is still more impressive.

Vizsla showings against Force users are inconsistent. He did pretty well against Maul but got stomped by Kenobi. Cad held his own pretty well against Obi-Wan and Quinlan combined. I would give that to Cad Bane.
