Marvel's 2 most powerful high heralds Vs Dc's 2 most powerful high heralds

Who wins?
No prep
No BFR

First who are the 2 most powerful high heralds in current DC and current Marvel?

Then who wins?

You should've made it Marvel's 5 most powerful vs DC's 2 most powerful, because Hal & Wally absolutely shitstomp any 2 here.

Or DC's 4th and 5th most powerful vs Marvel's first 2.
