If I'm attracted to "her" the fact she has a dick probably wouldn't suddenly turn me off to "her." If she actually legitimately looks female (besides having a penis, of course) and doesn't sound like a man at all then yeah, I'd still be attracted to "her." I'd even go along with the pretend game of calling her a "she".

Bisexuals are attracted to both men and women, but not necessarily to transgender people. Bisexuals who are also attracted to transgender people are pansexual.
That being said, a cisgender man can be attracted to another cisgender man or a transgender woman and still be straight.
He may perceive a trans woman as a cis woman for example.
My best friend in college, for example, was not attracted to men, but he was attracted to me. We had sex a few times, and we both enjoyed it, but I could tell it was very unnatural for him. I will admit Republicans will not be consistent if they immediately believe this. Just like Democrats will not be consistent if they don't call for an investigation.
