I do agree that China should get most of the blame but italians were literally walking right up to chinese people-- who were travelling back and forth between China and Italy-- and taking their masks off and hugging them to "prove" they weren't racist lol. It was soooooo "progressive" of them to do that. 🙄Those who die as a result of it should have this written on their tombstones: "Well, at least we weren't racists!"
No, I have no sympathy for people who are that damn dumb.
You reap what you sow as the good book tells us.
I 70% agree with you. But the early Christians took Christ's teachings to heart and actually lived by them.
They cared for people dying of plague even if it meant that they would get it and die. It's part of what attracted people to Christianity in its beginning:
The early Christians’ dedication to caring for their neighbors as themselves during times of plague and sickness, whether the sick were believers or not, showcased the integrity of their unique message of love for others. These Christ-like actions had great social impact and attracted outsiders to the faith. This kind of selfless love caused an explosion of Gentile Christian congregations to arise alongside Judeo-Christian communities.
The doctors, nurses, and essential workers putting in long hours to serve the communities and possibly save lives at the detriment of their own? That's Christlike behavior and they are good folks.
So you support Christ's message of compassionate care and service to others even at the cost of your own health and life (if necessary)?

I think this already answered your question:

I'm more Christian & Christ-like than star/fly and I'm not Christian.
