Did Darth Maul manhandle Qui-Gon Jinn in this moment in The Phantom Menace?

In one moment in Darth Maul's confrontation with Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi on Naboo, Qui-Gon attacks Maul on his own, but within a few clashes of blades, Maul and Qui-Gon appear to have locked blades, and Maul proceeds to shoving Qui-Gon at the wall whilst Obi-Wan rejoins the fight after being kicked in the face earlier:

Is this manhandling? Maul shoves Qui-Gon at the wall like a catapult.

I guess it depends how you define it, but imo there's a fine line between manhandling and generic overpowering. I wouldn't say that Maul's parry there necessarily qualifies as the former, but it definitely qualifies as the latter.
