And the core difference is he moved after the bullet was fired, and moreover didn't even know he was being shot at (so there's zero chance he was dodging the aim).

Where does it say that. He's off center from him, then he's above and behind him and them ultimately attacks from behind.

In the Elektra scan she actively is repelling every s single bullet from an AK not a pistol. With glee. While descending. Without a scratch. Without a sweat:

Even with Gambut, he can't even see the attacker. He just woke up. The bullets are very fired. And he dishes multiple from an assault weapon.

With Elekra, the bullet was already fired from from an assault sniper and she counter sniped.

He's not off-center.

He landed square on Freeze.
As for the timing of the attack, he only reacts AFTER he hears the thick bounce of air...which comes after the bullet is fired.

He is above and begin behind him without him knowing.

He then proceeds to clearly tackle him from behind.

Ok? Doesn't mean he's not facing Freeze, and reacting after he gets the air bounce, i.e. the bullet being fired....

But Freeze isn't facing him? And the gun is knocked out of his hand as Batman is pouncing his confused self from behind. He's not even aiming at him. How is this bullet timing?
