And just to be clear, those aren’t dumb racist Americans those are Locals

That is incredibly stupid. I get people are bored and many are afraid they'll probably die and want to satisfy some sort of bucket list, but heading to a tourist attraction at a time when the world is trying to control the spread of a deadly virus is just not smart at all.

I'm all for this. let china have their second wave infection/disaster, and maybe this time the rest of the world will pay attention and understand that a drop in the curve does not mean that we're all free to safely run about in large crowds playing grab-ass with eachother

The "quarantines" didn't work. The masks didn't work.

Expecting people to follow clean medical lab procedures is ridiculous. Martial law is nearly impossible to enforce even if we went that far.

But absolute deaths are down due to these quarantines...which is nice.

Other than the mall being shut, everyone is still out and about. But I see far less old people which is probably a good thing (it will save their life as long as the young people stay away from the elderly).
