Technically, Superman flying and sun dipping for a minute or 2 is not an outside amp. Why? The sun is already powering Superman.

I don’t know which thread this argument is originally coming from but, all those Marvel entities can easily handle Superman and one of any of the Flash’s... unless of course it’s Bart Allen.... when he’s amalgamated with Iceman... 😏
