I'd back Peter. If Iron Monger could actually get his hands on him, he could hurt him (he was crushing IM inside the Mk III, one of the most durable armors by feats). But Peter should be able to avoid him well enough, given his performance against the drones, especially if he can damage Iron Monger's targeting system like Tony did (which may be possible considering the Spider-Man suits also have a degree of AI assistance and scanners). Because Stane can't aim for shit without it. He literally couldn't hit Tony from like 10 feet away with a missile.
