Galan and Pr, is it against forum rules for someone to specifically challenge another user in a BZ but not follow through with it? And if so what is the penalty for that user?

Also what can of bans can be enforceable by the mods? I know permanent bans can't from a bz. But for instance what about a year long ban from the forums or a year long ban from even mentioning a BZ?

We can have any loss stipulations we want to be honest - it's all down to the members and how they wish to enforce it.

Phildo had one where celey had to support Superman in every thread, for example. It can be anything you want, even self banning. Enforcement is the issue.
