However, Revan is an outlier along with Vitiate among all Force-users in history.
The Jedi's command of and connection to the Force was unlike anything Scourge had sensed in anyone else. Even though Revan was constantly drugged, it was impossible not to sense his strength. - From TOR (Revan)
Furthermore;
Three centuries ago, Revan wielded the dual philosophies of Sith passion and Jedi tranquility to conquer his enemies; he even nearly assassinated the Sith Emperor. - From TOR (Encyclopedia)
Following are views of the lead writer of KoTOR II:-
"If the Exile could defeat Kreia, Revan would have an easier time of it. 😉 United with the Exile, Kreia and the Exile vs. Revan? My money's still on Revan, since in my mind, Revan was a master strategist as well as an extremely powerful Force wielder." - Chris Avellone

"Revan could beat Kreia, no doubt about it - the student far surpassed the master." - Chris Avellone
---
"So my opinion is that Revan could kick the Exile’s ass unless the Exile pulled some strange Force deafening move, but even that wouldn’t keep Revan down for long." - Chris Avellone

Revan curbstomped a member of the Dark Council Darth Nyriss in a confrontation who had bested both Meetra Surik and Lord Scourge earlier.
Revan might be Yoda TIER in sheer raw power, but more versatile Force-user because he is incredibly proficient in use of both Light and Dark powers and does not restrict himself to either alignment; he will commit to all options at his disposal to his advantage if he has to.
I do not think Darth Traya would be able to [immobilize] Revan early on or in a short span; Revan is very likely to overwhelm her [before] she is able to do something significant to him.
