If you want to claim that Ultron is especially vulnerable to cutting attacks, I'd be willing to BZ that.
Everything is vulnerable to cutting attacks to within a certain degree. Nothing is infinitely immune to cutting.
And we do not go out and measure the cutting resistance of fictional metal. We use feats. Lack of feats = lack of resistance.

Again, if you want to claim that Ultron is vulnerable to cutting attacks on the level of WW's sword, I'm willing to BZ it.
So you are claiming that Ultron has feats against being cut?

You have yet to prove anything. You seem upset Ultron buries the dcs best hero.
I gave a feat for SW armor. It resisted being cut by WW. WW sword has sliced a multi-ton boulder like a hot knife through butter.
Now if you don't have any feat by Ultron that's better than resisting a sword that can do that then by default it is weaker against cutting.A
