WB Hulk, Ymir, Thanos, nor Odin are Heralds but Odin is the only one that can destroy a Galaxy.

Superman, Odin, Ymir, Thanos are not herlads

Out of the others, Orion New God true self can def not his avatar
which Alan are we talking about here
Sentinal Alan can as well though he would not be herald level in that form

So the only one left would be Hal

Odin can't destroy a galaxy. Today he would be hard pressed to destroy a planet.

Regular Thor in theory, but has never used the god tempest on panel that may suggest galaxy level destruction. So not putting him.

Jane never used too. It was only in a "supernova level" of destruction. Far Away from galaxy level.

IMO godblasts from Regular Thor still are better feats than this one.
