I am bored with Corona Virus, it annoys me

Can any forum member make it go away, perhaps the muslims and Christian's in the religious forum could "team up" and pray it away or the genius kids in the Star Wars forum could "read some stuff" on it or something... I want live sport back, cinema's and restaraunt open, flights to interesting places round the world, the theatre and pubs... **** off Covid19. Rant over!

I can't make it go away, but I can give you some advice: if you become infected with the virus all you need to do is declare that you identify as someone who tested negative.

No clue, but I think there are some sites out there that track the origins of memes so if you find one you might be able to find out more info.

For instance that gif I post of the guy nodding is Robert Redford in a movie from the 70s.

Nothing to do about it. The epidemiologists who have the ears of people in power are spouting harmful policies whilst the epidemiologists who recommend helpful policies have no money behind their research.

So we are stuck in the harmful lengthy "we have all the power" policies that will just keep the situation from working to a better place with any swiftness.

I will admit I do still enjoy walking thru stores and coughing and getting fear and hate filled looks from the wussies.

It's from a Web Series called "Hood Documentary". The actor is Kayode Ewumi who plays the actor "Roll Safe". A lot of people mistake him for a young Eddie Murphy.

Yeah, I feel you. I think it's sadly going to be a pretty long slog. Even when extensive quarantine measures can be eased we will still need to be much more cautious, and it is likely that we will at times have to return to a lockdown, if the cases and deaths start to accelerate at an alarming rate again. It sucks, but I guess I'd try to mentally prepare myself that this is going to be the new normal for at least 1 year.

Of course some things will change, we'll certainly start to focus on other things besides the coronavirus at that time. But social distancing, quarantines, limits to the amount of people that can cater, closures of certain establishments are going to be a continuing fact of our situation.
