i love Fantomex. I think this would be an interesting fight, especially after Jericho's amp. Can Fantomex misdirect Jericho in his "soul-self"? Will the Ikon suit protect him from misdirection? Can Jericho possess Fantomex? I think Jericho can. since it's not entirely psionic means.
