What I did find were several stories about how everyone was served 1 and he was served 2.
But nothing about Trump demanding he get 2 and demanding that everyone else get 1.

I've labeled your two claims.
Neither 1 nor 2 are represented in what you quoted. Do you have another source that supports claims 1 and 2? I haven't dismissed your point, yet. It's possible that Trump really does demand 2 scoops and really does demand his guests only get 1 scoop. But, so far, I have not seen any reputable evidence of those 2 demands.
