As usual, Maul is his own worst enemy and gets overconfident. How their duel ended reminds me of EXACTLY how Kanan vs Maul went down.... And we know Kanan is inferior to Maul
IMO, Ahsoka is just below Grevious. Maul > Asajj > Grevious > Ahsoka.

Anakin has her gasping for air in 30 seconds in season 5.

Even TCW 2 Kenobi stalls her for as much time as he wants and then takes 7 seconds to disarm one of her lightsabers and make her run.
Ventress did not hold her own, she got stomped, each and every time.
Maul has the upper hand for most of the fight against her
Maul being able t disarm is a moot point since Ahsoka shows us she's perfectly capable of taking Maul's.

Your point is irrelevant though. Yes, Ahsoka may be Filoni's pet character but that doesn't matter since pretty much the only material Ahsoka shows up in is Filoni's stuff. This isn't like Mandalorians in Traviss's books where they are suddenly many times more competent then how they typically are portrayed.
Basically, Ahsoka is that good. As retarded as it is, RotS Ahsoka is now Council tier. And, yes, she wins here.

Sure she is. She beat Maul. And despite what some may say, it wasn't just some massive fluke. The two looked pretty equal throughout the duel. That's well beyond what the average Council member can do. Hell., look how poorly Adi Gallia fared against Savage.
A weaker version of her held her own and landed multiple blows on general grevious, someone who fisto outright admits he and his padawan had no chance against in a straight fight.
A even weaker version of her beat offee while holding back, soemeone we've seen not instantly die against anakin.
And then there's her beating pre-visla, a character who was able to hold his own as a duelist against Maul.
There's nothing that suggests shevwasn't already council level when council level masters are getting wrecked by the likes of savage oppress. Now that she's gone toe to toe with Maul, calling her non-council level is utterly laughable.
