Itachi should pretty easily win, he is much much more powerful and his only weakness (his sickness) is completely nullified.

Even Kamui chomping doesn’t work as the Edo have regeneration.

Kakashi and Obito have different powers with the same name.

He theoretically could, but Obito's faster than him, so it wouldn't happen.
