Imo Ultramans kind of in a strange tier because like Stoic said he's supposed to be a herald level character but he has some NLF feats like the book of infinity
The antimonitor and gos supes are pretty damn good as well. He can definitely kick it in the above herald group for a little while.
And I don't give a ****, crushing Adams jaw with one hand was brutal and just straight up badass. I don't care how coked out he was.
He does not want to be on the receiving end of a Herald Thor projecting energy blasts that blow holes through an amped Galactus though. It will kill him. And with Hulk there to distract and tusssle with as well, at some point he will be moving slow enough to be a target and it's gonna go downhill fast for him once Thor starts getting shots off.
